| PARENTS OF YEARS 5 & 6 There will be a meeting at Chatburn Primary School on Monday
17th September at 7pm regarding Secondary School admissions.
There will be a presentation from a representative of Lancashire’s
admissions team and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

HEALTH & SAFETY A reminder that earrings are not to be worn for P.E. or
swimming and to avoid loss or damage it would be preferable
if they were left at home on those days (swimming Tuesday,
P.E. Class 1 - Thursday, Class 2 - Wednesday).
Please ensure that children with longer hair have it tied
back for school.

| VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for parents/grandparents to help us in school.
If you are interested in listening to children read or helping
generally in class, please contact school. You would be welcome
on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Our School Council elections will take place on Friday.
All the children will vote for two candidates and the five
children with the most votes will become our new Council.
